<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The service station has submitted CA Certificate, completion of ETP, site plan etc. completion certificate of ETP & Feasibility report. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The service station has deposited Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. 000632933908 dated 16.08.2022 under Air Act and Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. 000632933197 dated 16.08.2022 under Water Act.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The service staiton was visited by officers of this office on 12.12.2022 and observed that the unit is a service station and engaged in the manufacturing of washing & servicing of four wheelers. The service station has installed ETP for the treatment trade effluent generated from its premises and same was re-ciruclate back into the process. The service has installed one no. paint booth provided with inadeqaute stack height.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The service station has installed one no. DG Set of capacity 28 KVA with canopy <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and inadequate stack height. The service sation not submitted any proof regarding date of commissioning. The service station has falls under the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation, Hoshiarpur. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The service station has not submit the approved building plan from the Competent Authority.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The service station has not submitted the certificate from concerned Department regarding suitablity of site. No record regarding hazardous waste was available during visit. The service station has not provided hazardous waste room with danger sign & lock & key. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>No document regarding agreement with the authorized recycler / TSDF was available during visit. The service station has not applied authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be refused and action under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be initiated against the industry and Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.</span></p> |
