<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is, therefore, recommended that the 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the project proponent for one year for development for flats @ 170, with suitable conditions and additional conditions given in the note of AEE and special condition that the pp shall not discharge its treated / untreated effluent through any illegal mode of disposal and into any drain / river / choe / nallah /nadi / inlet surface water under any circumstances, as already recommended vide note dated 18.12.2022, please.</span></p> |
