<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry has applied for fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under orange category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of unit for the manufacturing of Wooden Furniture, Cup Board, Modular Kitchen @ 1350 Kgs/day by using Partical Board, MDF, Celing Tiles, Parition Board, Wood Chips etc and other agricultural waste using synthetic adhesive resin, wooden box making (without boiler) @ 1400 Kgs/day as a raw material along with requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide R. No. 880506660 dated 03.03.2020 as NOC fee. The industry has deposited Rs. 4400/- vide R. No. 844248068 dated 20.06.2022 as NOC fee. The total fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year, against the fixed assets of Rs. 187.50 lacs as per undertaking submitted by the industry and in accordance with the latest fee structure of the Board issued vide order no. 524 dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The site of the industry i.e. plot no. C-08 (A) falls in Industrial Focal Point, Dera Bassi. PSIEC vide its letter no. PSICE/ESTATE/40597 dated 24.12.2019 transferred plot no. C-08(A), IFP, Derabassi measuring 1250 sq. yards favour of Sh. Satish Kumar S/o Sh. Kaka Ram, Flat No. 901-E Block, Vrindawan Garden, Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur, Distt. Mohali, Punjab with subject to certain conditions mentioned therein on 99 years lease hold basis for manufacturing of “All kinds wooden work, Furniture, Plastic Doors & Chokhat etc.”.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has submitted a copy of letter issued by M/s Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Ltd. regarding corrigendum regarding bifurcation of industrial plot no. C-08, Industrial Focal Point, Derabassi in which mentioned that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 115%; margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">“In this context, it is noticed that in the bifurcation letter vide no. PSIEC/Estate/3013-15 dated 25.05.2011 issued in your favour, number of plots bifurcated from industrial plot no. C-08, IFP, Derabassi has been inadvertently mentioned as five instead of three. Accordingly, in bifurcation leter dated 25.05.2011 no. of plots bifurcated may be read as <strong>three plots i.e. C-08, C-08(A) & C-08 (B) instead of five plots</strong>. The other terms & conditions of bifurcation letter No. PSIEC/Estate/3013-15 dated 25.05.2011 shall remain unchanged.”</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.1pt 12pt 0in; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The site of the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 22.12.2022. During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.5in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The proposed site of the industry is located Focal Point, Dera Bassi.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt 0.5in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The project proponent has demarcated its site as physically observed during the visit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt 0.5in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The site is suitable for such type of unit as per allotment letter of PSIEC.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.1pt 12pt 0in; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">In view of the above, it is recommended that 'consent to establish’ (NOC) from pollution angle under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions that:-</span></p>

<p class="Default" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall not start any other new process within its unit which may change its category from Orange to Red, without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="Default" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) within its premises and will not use any SUP items banned in accordance with MoEF&CC notification no. G.S.R. 571(E) dated 12.08.2021.</span></p> |
