<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 5.9pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the subject cited industry has applied for fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under green category <strong>(3999- Miscellaneous)</strong> under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of industrial plant for manufacturing of Bolts & Screws @ 1 MTD by using MS Wire @ 1.1 MTD as raw material along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.25pt 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 2700/- vide UTR. No. 876646084 dated 13.12.2022 as NOC fee, Rs. 500/- as FDF and Rs. 500/- as facilitation fee. The NOC fee is adequate for one year, against the fixed assets of Rs. 45.03 lacs and in accordance with the latest fee structure of the Board issued vide order no. 524 dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The site of the industry i.e. plot no. D-32(B) falls in Industrial Focal Point, Dera Bassi. PSIEC vide its letter no. PSICE/ESTATE/25309 dated 11.02.2021 transferred plot no. D-32(B), IFP, Derabassi measuring 500 sq. yards favour of M/s Uttam Precison Fasteners, prop. Sh. Praveen Singhal S/o Sh. Chabbil Dass Singhal, of the industry with subject to certain conditions mentioned therein on 99 years lease hold basis for manufacturing of “Screw and Nut Bolt”.</span></p>

The domestic effluent being generated will be around 0.2 KL/day. The same will be discharged into PSIEC Sewer for treatment in Common STP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.1pt 12.0pt 0in;">The proposed site of the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 22.12.2022. During the visit, it was observed as under:</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 5.1pt 12.0pt 0in;">In view of the above, it is recommended that 'consent to establish’ (NOC) from pollution angle under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 14.12.2023 for manufacturing of Bolts & Screws @ 1 MTD with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions that:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 78.3pt; margin: 0in 5.1pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->This NOC is only valid for manufacturing of Bolts & Screws @ 1 MTD by using MS Wire @ 1.1 MTD as raw material.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 78.3pt; margin: 0in 5.1pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not start any other new process within its unit which may change its category from Green to Orange/ Red, without the prior written permission of the Board.</p>
