<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the Board has issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 for closure of unit vide Board's letter no. 776-37 dated 23/12/2022 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong> and also PSPCL authorities directed to disconnect the electricity supply u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 vide Board's letter no. 7740-41 dated 23/12/2022 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong> and requested to E.E, Regional Office to seal the DG set installed by the industry and compliance of the said directions. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
