<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Earlier, the promoter company was granted extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Ext/SAS/2019/11276139 dated 22.10.2019 which was valid upto 30.09.2020 for construction of 172 flats in an area of 9,300 sqm having built up area 15,694.242 sqm. The promoter company applied separately for extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The application of the same processed separately on merits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Thereafter, the promoter company applied for obtaining partial consent to operate under the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of 88 flats and same was processed through OCMMS.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The promoter company submitted compliance report of the previous granted Consent to Establish from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The promoter company has submitted site plan of the project approved by competent authority. The promoter company has submitted a copy of completion certificate issued by Mech Engineers in which mentioned that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0.25in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.4px;"><strong><em><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">This has reference to your order no. MSDPL/2019-20/PRO-001 dated 25.04.2019 for 150 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant.</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0.25in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.4px;"><strong><em><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">As per the Work Order, we have completed the supply installed, testing and commissioning of STP.</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0.25in 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.4px;"><strong><em><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now the STP is ready for operation.”</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The site of the project visited by officer of the Board on 07.04.2021 in the presence of Sh. Deepak Gupta, Consultant. During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 63.2pt 0.0001pt 67.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The proposed site of the residential project located in the revenue estate of village Gazipur Zirakpur. The project is under construction and as physically observed and as informed by the consultant, no occupancy observed / provided till now.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 63.2pt 0.0001pt 67.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The promoter company has installed STP and same is under stabilization.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 63.2pt 0.0001pt 67.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The promoter company has completed the construction work of 88 flats and finishing work of the same is under progress.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 63.2pt 12pt 67.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The promoter company is complying with the conditions of the previous granted NOC.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent was granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2021/15423627 dated 27.04.2021 which was valid upto 26.04.2022 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2021/15423921 dated 27.04.2021 which was valid upto 26.04.2022 subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent applied for obtaining partial renewal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of 88 flats alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The promoter company had deposited Rs. 54000/- vide no. N069211435221866 dated 10.03.2021 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 54000/- vide no. N069211435222643 dated 10.03.2021 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The fee is adequate upto 22.03.2023. Now, the promoter company has deposited Rs. 64800/- vide R. No. 413029334 dated 12.12.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 64800/-vide R. No. 588405753 dated 12.12.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 22.03.2026 after adjusting late fee / penalty i.e. 50% of one year fee against the total cost of project Rs. 11.22 crores.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 0in 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
