The unit <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. O16NWSCTOW4239825 dated 29.06.2016 valid upto 30.09.2020 for marriage palace alongwith domestic effluent @ 8.0 KLD to be used onto land for plantation after septic tank<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. O16NWSCTOA4239784 dated 29.06.2016 valid upto 30.09.2020 for marriage palace alongwith DG sets of capacity 62 KVA & 20 KVA. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Thereafter, the marriage palace was visited by the officer of this office and was found violating the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and report was sent to ZO through e-noting.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Accordingly, the Competent Authority of the Board issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the disconnection of the electric connection and the sealing of DG Sets without canopy. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">In compliance to above, the DG <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Sets of capacity 62 KVA, 20 KVA and 12.5 KVA without canopies and stack of height about and same were sealed on dated 23.11.2022. Further, the PSCPL Authorities has issued TDCO No. 10020140957 dated 19.12.2022 w.r.t. disconnection of electric supply to the marriage palace. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Now, the marriage palace has applied for obtaining consent to operate of the Board under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The marriage palace has deposited Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. IOBAN22333323569 dated 29.11.2022 under both Acts.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the marriage palace is adequate upto 30.09.2027 including the penalty fee. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The marriage palace was visited by the undersigned on 22.12.2022 and it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">One oil & grease trap followed by septic tank of adequate size is provided for the treatment of domestic effluent and same is discharged onto land for gardening & lawns within the premises</span></p>

Exhaust fans are provided for discharge of emissions from the kitchen. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">In view of above, it is recommended as under:</span></p>
