<p>The industry vide its letter dt.20/12/2022 requested to worthy CEE,on the letter it was asked to get fresh report from Ro FGS with in two days. According, R0 FGS vide its e mail dt.22/12/2022 has reported that the industry has developed new plantation area measuring 180×35ft(third pocket),as per EC condition. Therefore, the industry has complied with the condition of consent earlier granted to it. In view of facts mentioned above and discussion held with worthy CEE, if approved renewal of Water consent may be granted to the industry up to 30/9/2027 with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by R0 please. </p> |
