<p>The industry vide its letter dt.20/12/2022 requested to worthy CEE for grant of 5years consent as they have complied with consent conditions as well as EC conditions. This office was asked by CEE to get the report from Ro with in 2days.Accordingly R0 FGS has reported that the industry has developed new plantation area measuring 180×35ft,as per EC conditions Therefore, the industry has made the compliance of consent conditions as well as EC condition. In view of facts mentioned above and as discussed with Worthy CEE if approved renewal of Air consent may be granted to the industry up to 30/9/2027 with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by R0 please. </p> |
