<p>EE Ro SGR has clarified that the industry has proposed to provide setting tanks for treatment of process water before reusing back in the process. Also, the industry has submitted a letter from the industry along with Authorization granted by the Board to it .in view of facts mentioned above, if approved Noc from pollution angle may please be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions for such type of units and special condition that the industry will not commission its unit with out getting Actual Certificate cum pass book from the Board as required under HWM Rules, 2016.
