<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that reply submitted by the PP w.r.t SCN is not satis factory as PP has neither proposed the STP to treat wastewater to be generated from (Future Heights Block A') nor the PP has not submitted a revised Environment Clearance/corrigendum regarding the increased pollution load final out M/s Future Height Block B, C& D.The GMADA has approved the layout plant without reserving the area for installation of STP for the proposed project. This application has been pending since 2/12/22.</span></p>
