<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated the PP has obtained the CTE valid upto 31/1/22 and while granted the previous CTE validity the RO requested to visit the project site to monitor the STP, verify the water meter record maintained by PP, and verify compliance with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied CTE extension in validity, the project falls in the orange category. RO has not visited the site during the period from 27/4/21 to till date. Now RO has processed the as per circular no. CEE (HQ)/F.No./957/2016/59 dated 02/02/2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) extension for the development/construction of 172 no. of residential flats in an area of 9,300 sqm having a built-up area of 15,694.242 sqm may be auto-extended up to 30.09.2023 subject to suitable terms and conditions as per earlier NOC granted by the Board, an additional condition may be imposed that <span lang="EN-IN">The PP shall install the smog gun immediately to control the dust emission to be generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may again be requested to visit the site within one month to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal, verify the record maintained by PP regarding the operation of STP and verify the compliance with environmental law and send a report along with the recommendation, please.</span></p>
