<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated the PP has obtained the CTO under the Water Act,1974 valid upto 26/4/22, and while granted the previous CTO the RO requested to visit the project site to monitor the STP, verify the water meter record maintained by PP, and verify compliance with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for renewal CTO under the Water Act,1974 along with the performance report of STP which was carried out by the Pvt Lab and the same is within the prescribed limits of the Board, the project falls in the orange category. RO has not visited the site during the period from 27/4/21 to till date. Now RO has processed the as per circular no. CEE (HQ)/F.No./957/2016/59 dated 02/02/2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved renewal CTO under Water Act, 1974 May be auto-extended up to 30.09.2025 subject to suitable terms and conditions as per earlier CTO granted by the Board, <span lang="EN-IN">EE, RO may again be requested to visit the site within one month to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal, verify the record maintained by PP regarding the operation of STP and verify the compliance with environmental law and send a report along with the recommendation, please.</span></span></p>
