The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted un-depreciated CA Certificate.
2. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act, 1948.
3. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report of the project.
4. The project proponent has not mentioned mode of treatment of trade effluent in the application form.
5. The project proponent has not mentioned details of rooms, restaurant etc in the product detail of application form.
You are therefore requested to attend the above observations within 2 days.
