<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved consent to operate under the red category under the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year to the industry with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">An additional condition may be imposed that EE, RO may be requested to visit the site within three months to verify the compliance with the SOP for such type of unit and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
