Earlier, the application of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was refused as the project proponent has not submitted any documents regarding land use classification or regarding permission of discharge of treated effluent into the sewer.
The applicant is requested to submit the above said documents along with consent fee and penalty fee so that further necessary action can be taken.
