<p style="text-align: justify;">It is clarified that the sister concern unit (M/s BR Developers) have 0.6 acre land, which is sufficient for disposal of treated wastewater. However, the sister concern unit has not yet obtained revised Consent. FUrther it is submitted that that an email dated 25.12.2022 has been recieved from the project proponent stating that the project proponent has required to make some changes in the application and has requested to return the said application. So that the fresh application may be submitted to the Board. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, the request of the project proponent may be considered.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the application may be returned with request to resubmit the same after making changes in the application, please.</p> |
