<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the sitting capacity of the marriage palace is less than 400 and is a standalone in its siting criteria as such the marrige palace is not required to install STP as per order dated 02.02.2021. The RO has recommended consents to operate to be granted / renewed upto 30.09.2026. However, it has not clearly mentioned whether the marriage palace is complying with all of the other SOPs / criterias as mentioned order dated 02.02.2021. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, may if approved, RO be requested to intimate whether the marriage palace is complying with all of the other SOPs / criterias, so as to proceed further in the matter, please. </p> |
