<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the brick kiln was granted consent to operate under under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/TRT/2022/20490965 dated 05.12.2022 and consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/TRT/2022/20490967 dated 05.12.2022, which were valid upto 30/09/2032 for manufacturing of Bricks & Tiles @ 3200000 Number/Year, using induced draft zig-zag technology, subject to the conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Now the project proponent has applied for varied consent to operate to rectify the name of Partner in the consent certificate from ‘ Rajnish Arora’ to ‘Rajnish Kumar’ .</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry with the rectified name ‘Rajnish Kumar’ for the same period subject to the same terms and conditions. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p> |
