<p class="MsoNormal">Sir, to check the compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing, the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 18.12.2022 and it was observed as under-</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">From the above it is clear that the hot mix plant and Ready-Mix Concrete is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as NOC conditions granted to it. The HMP is also complying with the code of practice prescribed as well as decisions of the personal decisions.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that application for obtaining Consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.08.2024 for production of Pre-Mix @ 160 TPD and Ready-Mix Concrete @ 30 m3h, with suitable conditions.</p> |
