<p class="MsoNormal">Discussed and it is submitted that as per the undertaking submitted by the brick kiln it seems that BKO has been operated more than 2 months, however, EC deposited by the brick kiln is of only two months and coal register maintained also reveals that the BKO has been operated for two months only before the completion to induced draft technology. Hence, there is gap between undertaking and coal register. So, it is therefore recommended that show cause notice with hearing before your good self may be issued to the industry.</p> |
