<p>Submitted for approval as proposed please with the condition that the CETP operator/LETS shall install web based software/ application connected with GPS for regulating the collection, transportation & treatment of effluents. Further LETS shall also be responsible for efficient operation and maintenance of CETP so as to achieve the prescribed standards & compliance of environmental laws & shall supervise the transport system being operated by the CETP operator so that there is no illegal discharge during transportation without any treatment. LETS shall set up such monitoring mechanism under intimation to the Board & submit regular monitoring rreports on quarterly basis for verification.</p>
