<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the industry has submitted a reply w.r.t SCN, same is verified by R.O and reported that chimney of exiting 6 TPH boiler has been removed and ID fan also disconnected. As such, the existing boiler of 6 TPH could not be operated. R.O has also monitored the 6TPH boiler during visit and as per analysis report, the concentration of SPM are found within limit as prescribed by the Board.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, varied CTO under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/9/2023 with special condition that the industry shall dismantle/ remove the existing boiler of capacity 6 TPH within two months. E.E, Regional Office may also be requested to process the action through E-noting as non-compliance was found during the visit on 7/12/2022 immediately.</p>
