<p style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">2 no. borewells are shallow borewells and water extracted from them is for construction activity such as curing.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for 1 year till 10.12.2023 with special conditions as under:</span></p>

DG sets of 125 KVA capacity. </span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 72.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The PP will ensure that the waste-water from toilets provided with the labour hutments in village kambala are not cleared during tankers and will only be used for green area/plantation. </span></p>

SEIAA/MS/2021/4246 dated 07.06.2021.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 72.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">6)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The PP shall ensure that the STP of 6 MLD capacity is being installed in compliance of the time-lines given in the pert chart submitted by the project proponent vide its letter no. JLPL/82/2021/2749 dated 08.07.2021.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 72.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">7)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The PP shall adopt the water conservation measures within the project as prescribed in the Manual on norms and standards for environment clearance of large construction projects issued by MoEF&CC such as Monitoring water use, use of water saving devices/fixtures, Low flow flushing systems, sensor-based fixtures, Waterless urinals, low flow shower, low flow water taps, tap aerators, pressure reducing devices etc.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 72.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">8)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The PP shall ensure compliance of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 72.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.35pt; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">9)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The promoter company shall be responsible to ensure the use of treated wastewater for flushing purpose & green area and shall lay down pipeline from the common STP of capacity 6 MLD to be setup in the project site.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 72.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.35pt; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">10)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">In case of any complaint / violations and failure to submit compliance of the above conditions, the Consent to Establish (NOC) shall automatically stand revoked. </span></p>
