<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimate that the PP has applied varied CTO under Air Act, 1981 to increase the flats from 638 to 732.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">PP has made occupancy in its project but it has not developed a 15-meter buffer zone to ward off the Air pollution industry, PP has not deposited the extended B G amount of 5 lacs. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">in view of the above PP does not comply with the provision of the previously granted CTE, CTO conditions as well as hearing decision .</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Air Act,1981 may be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the pp and send the fresh recommendations.</span></p>
