<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimate that the PP has applied for renewal CTO under Water Act,1974 and RO has reported that the project proponent is complying with the terms and conditions of earlier granted consents / EC, it is maintaining the record w.r.t. generation, treatment, and disposal of effluent.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">If approved CTO under Water Act,1974 may be granted up to 31/3/24 with special conditions as mentioned in the previously granted CTO. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the project as per protocol fixed by the Board to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
