<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimate that the PP has applied for renewal CTO under Air Act,1981 and RO has reported that the project proponent is complying with the terms and conditions of earlier granted consents / EC.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved CTO under Air Act,1981 may be granted up to 31/3/24 with special conditions as mentioned in the previously granted CTO. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the project as per protocol fixed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
