<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the industry had already been given an opportunity of personal hearing before your good-self on 27/12/2022 which was postponed till further orders. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied CTOs. R.O has reported that the industry was failed to submit the reply of the following clarifications: </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The project proponent has not submitted rent agreement. The adequacy of consent fee can be adjudged depending upon amount of rent.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan form competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, SCN for refusal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity of hearing on dated 10/1/2023 may be issued and Regional Office may be requested to pursue the industry to obtain the reply w.r.t clarification raised by the R.O.</p>
