<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">After perusal of the report sent by RO, SAS Nagar, there are discrepancies in the application:</span></p>

Also, entire recirculation of the wastewater from the humidification plant is practically not viable and the industry shall discharge purge water/ bleed of water from the humidification plant after an interval of time. Therefore, it is required to clarify regarding the quantity of purge water and regarding its treatment & disposal arrangements. </span></p>

It is required to clarify whether the lawns/ park developed in front of residential colony of NIEL weaving unit in an area of about 3-4 acres are being specifically used by the unit only & not being utilized by any other unit of Nahar Complex for utilization of their treated effluent and the adequacy of the total green area available for utilization of treated effluent <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">during all seasons</strong>. </span></p>

RO is required to incorporate the analysis results alongwith comments on achievement of prescribed standards by the unit</span>.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">If approved, the application be sent to RO, SAS Nagar to submit comments on the aforementioned observations and to submit fresh recommendations in lieu to the comments submitted to the aforementioned observations.</span></p> |
