<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The industry has submitted rent agreement as proof of date of commissioning, as per which date of commissioning is 05.02.2021, as the industry has no other proof of date of commissioning. The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 4.91 lakh on 15.07.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 7000/- vide UTR no. SBIN520260403760 dated 16.09.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 8900/- vide UTR no. SBIN520260406654 dated 16.09.2022 under Air Act, 1981. After deduction of late fees, NOC fee, the consent under Water Act, 1974 is adequate till 30.06.2025 and under Air Act, 1981 is adequate till 31.03.2026.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted till 31.03.2026 with special conditions as under:</p>
