<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The industry is not maintaing proper record of water consumption and wastewater generation. As per record checked at the time of visit, <span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">it is apprehended that the industry may be disposing off effluent in unauthorized manner.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">The industry has not submitted proper reply of the show cause notice issued to it vide letter no. 7730 dated 22.12.2022 as it has enclosed only rent agreement and no reply is given. </span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Hence, it is recommended that the industry may be given an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board before refusing the CTO.</p> |
