CTE/Fresh/KPR/2022/18505341 dated 20.04.2022 valid upto 19.04.2023. </span></p>

The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR/Reference No. SBIN322342300385 dated 08.12.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR/Reference No. SBIN322342302178 dated 08.12.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which are adequate upto 30.09.2027.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The rice sheller has installed one no. of shelling section and one no. of dryer section with cyclone separator as APCD with adequate stack height. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The rice sheller has provided the brick road for the movement of the vehicle used for the transportation of the rice & rice husk. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The rice sheller has provided brick wall of length more than 70 feet and is more than 35 feet on each side of the discharge point. The height of wall is more than 15 feet and there is distance of approx. 100 feet between wall and discharge point.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The rice sheller was advised that whenever height of rice husk is 3' or more, the industry shall cover the heap of husk with HDPE warp knitted fabric completely, except the area near the discharge pipe.</span></p>

The domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tanks.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The rice sheller is complying with the conditions of NOC/CTE granted to it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions and additional condition that the rice sheller shall comply with the code of practice recommended for rice sheller as per Board notification dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
