| Clarification Note: |
On scrutnizing the application of the industry it is observed as under:
1) The industry has not submitted latest CA certificate motioning the fixed assets of the industry as on 31.03.2022.
2) Further as per the CA certificate submitted by the industry during filing previous CTO it has mentioned value of fixed assets as 193.59 lakhs however as per CA certificate submitted with the current application the value of CA certificate has reduced to 154.73 lakhs, please clarify.
3) The industry has not applied for CTO under Air Act, 1981 in compliance of hearing decisions dated 26.08.2022.
You are requested to attend the above observations within 2 days.
