<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the facts/report given by AEE, it is recommended that the matter regarding grant of Consent to Operate to the industry for a short term of 6 month under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be placed before the competent authority as regular complaints of noise pollution are received from the nearby residents keeping aside the fact that GMDIC has allowed the carrying out of primer activity and manufacturing of tractor parts and steel fabrication subject to special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE above please..</p> |
