<p>It is submitted that Head Office Lab Patiala directly convey the 01 set of analysis result to Zonal Office . The application is being shuttled several times just for the analysis results . The detail visit cum inspection report already generated. I am of the view that rather than Down marking the application just for the sake of analysis results , it shall be decided by Zonal Office directly after the receipt of analysis result's please.</p>
