<p style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">It is submitted that during latest visit done by undersigned (AEE) on 09.12.2022 and it was observed that the unit was not in operation, during visit. The industry has not stored recycled dana only fresh dana was stored at site. The Proprietor of the unit has also submitted an undertaking that fresh plastic dana will be used for manufacturing fiber toys and recycled plastic dana will not be used in the unit.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">As the unit is not in operation, presently, the unit will be revisited and will be checked the raw material used by it in during its process as and when it becomes operational. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">As the unit has removed the plastic carry bag manufacturing machine from its premises. Therefore, the unit has stopped the plastic activity, which is prohibited as per State Govt./GOI laws/notifications.No other activity has been prohibited </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">as per State Govt./GOI laws/notifications.</span></p>
