<p>The industry has submitted reply of the clarification dated 21.12.2022 and the industry has also submitted building plan approved from comptent person under Factories Act, 1948. The consent fee deposited by the industry after adding rent of 5 years in the fixed assets, the fee is inadequate under both acts and the industry need to deposit additional fee of Rs 21600/- under Air Act, 1981 and Rs 19,100/- under Water Act, 1974 in order to make it adequate till 31.10.2023 under both acts.</p>
<p>The representative has been advised to deposit additional consent fee.</p>
<p>If approved the application may be decided depending upon adequacy of fee to be deposited by the industry on the next date of hearing to be given to industry as earlier hearing dated 27.12.2022 was postponed.</p>
