RO has reported that the industry was visited by AEE on 20.10.2022 and it was observed that the industry is engaged in manufacturing of industrial packaging bags by using virgin granules (LDPE) as raw material. The industry has installed 02 no. extruders tubular machines, 2 no. cuttings/sealing machines and 2 no. printing machines. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Only domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The industry has submitted building plan approved from competent person under Factory Act, Punjab.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2026 with usual conditions and specila condition that the industry shall not manufacture/use/stock plastic carry bags and comply with Govt notification issued in year 2016.
