<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If may approve the following action be taken as under </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1) CTO under the Water Act,1974 may be refused.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) The industry may be given a personal hearing before your good self to explain its position on the failure the compliance with environmental law as well as hearing decision.</span></p>
