<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP has applied for CTO under Water Act,1974, but it has not submitted a building plan which is a pre-requisite document as per Govt. Order no. 326110 dated 2/3/2022.PP does comply the provision with Water Act,1974, and the site is suitable for such type of project. However, as per the document supplied by the industry, the matter is pending with GMADA and there is no fault of the project proponent</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span>If may approve CTO under Water Act, 1974 be granted for six months with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
