| Clarification Note: |
the application of the industry was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. the industry has mentioned total value of asset in the application form as Rs. 74.75 lakhs and cost of p&m as Rs. 14.75 lakhs. however, as per the CA certificate, total value of assets is Rs. 31.58 lakhs and cost of p&m as Rs. 27.68 lakhs. As such the industry is required to clarify.
2. the industry has not submitted compliance of SOPs issued by CPCB for such units.
3. the industry has not uploaded a copy of actual user certificate (if obtained). And if not obtained yet, status of the same.
Please clarify regarding above within 03 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter. |
