<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.08.2024 for production of Pre-Mix @ 160 TPD and Ready-Mix Concrete @ 30 m3h subject to the following specific conditions:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry will comply with the code of practice as prescribed by the Board vide notification no. Admn./SA-2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for hot mix plant.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry will get its air emission sample analysed from the Board's Lab/approved Lab of the Board, within 2 months.</p>
