SEIAA/ 2018/205 dated 26.02.2018 with the name of project as &ldquo;Citi Avenue&rdquo;. In this Environmental Clearance granted to the project proponent the total wastewater generation has been proposed as 255 KLD, which will be treated in a STP of capacity 400 KLD based on SBR technology. The project proponent has proposed to install STP of capacity 300 KLD, consisting of collection tank, FAB reactor, secondary tube settler, clear water sump, dual media filter and sludge drying beds at the time of NOC granted by the Board.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Earlier, the promoter company was granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2018/7262983 dated 29.05.2018 which was valid upto 28.05.2019 for development of residential project in an area of 6.4 acre (built up area: 58,970 sqm) having 480 residential flats.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the promoter company was granted extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Ext/SAS/2019/10968409 dated 07.10.2019 which was valid upto 28.05.2020 subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein. The project proponent has separately applied for extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which was processed on merits through OCMMS.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the promoter company applied for obtaining partial fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for @ 164 flats and same was processed through OCMMS.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company had submitted completion certificate issued by M/s Sai Global Nature Care in which mentioned that:</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 0in .25in 10.0pt .25in;"><strong><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">&ldquo;Sir, </span></em></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 0in .25in 10.0pt .25in;"><strong><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">We refer the order for Sewerage Treatment Plant 300 KLD Placed with us. We are pleased to inform your that <u>Installation/ Commissioning of STP 300 KLD has been completed and the same is operational</u>. The unit is installed as per our offer document submitted to you. The Specification of the equipments is adequate and efficient to meet the norms and standards of Punjab Pollution Control Board.&rdquo;</span></em></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company had submitted dimensional drawing of STP installed consisting of Bar screen, Oil grease trap, Anoxic tank, Aeration tank, Primary tube settler &amp; Filters. However, as per Environment Clearance granted, the project proponent needs to install the STP of capacity 400 KLD based on SBR technology. The promoter company has submitted site plan of the project approved by competent authority in which mentioned that total number of flats @ 472.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent was granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2022/17524036 dated 14.01.2022 which is valid upto 13.01.2023 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/17524030 dated 04.01.2022 which is valid upto 03.01.2023 for Partial consent for 164 Flats (Project namely &ldquo;Citi Avenue&rdquo;) having total Domestic Effluent @ 89.0 KLD<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>and after passing through STP, 37 KLD for Flushing, 18 KLD for Green area and rest into sewer with the suitable terms and conditions and with the special conditions that:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><strong><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span></em></strong><!--[endif]--><strong><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent shall comply with the various terms and conditions of the Environment Clearance granted by the competent authority. Now, the promoter company has deposited Rs. 216000/-vide UTR No. SBIN322342303107 dated 08.12.2022 under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 216000/- vide UTR No. SBIN322342308572 dated 08.12.2022 under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total fee submitted by the promoter company is adequate for further three years i.e. upto 06.12.2027 against the fixed assets of the project Rs. 4958.32 lacs as per latest CA certificate submitted by the promoter company on 30.11.2022.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the project was visited by the AEE of this office on 22.12.2022.
