Patiala vide no. 11979 dated 04.06.2018 (M/s Hermitage Infra Developers, SCO 1& 2, Hollywood Plaza-1, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Distt. SAS Nagar). </span></p>

SEIAA/2018/1241 dated 07.09.2018 for establishment of Group Housing Project namely “Hermitage Centrails” with built-up area of 75143 sqm at Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar by M/s Hermitage Infra Developers. The total area of the project is 29054 sqm (or 7.2031219 acres) as per EC granted vide letter no. SEIAA/2018/1241 dated 07.09.2018. </span></p>

The promoter company has submitted brief project report of the project.</span></p>

No. 1262, Sector-42 B, Chandigarh (hereinafter called the <strong>First & Existing Party</strong>, which expression shall include his successors, assigns, administrators, heirs and legal representative) <strong>Party of the First Part</strong>, Sh. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2021/16092120 dated 09.08.2021 which was valid upto 16.06.2022 for development of Group Housing Project namely “Hermitage Centrails” at Zirakpur, Tehsil Dera Bassi, Distt. SAS Nagar developed by M/s Hermitage Infra Developers having Residential Flats @ 586 having total built up area 80092 sqm. and total land area 29150 sqm with total Domestic Effluent @ 317 KLD – After treatment in STP, @ 132 KLD will be reused in flushing, @ 33 KLD will be used for development of green area 6426 sqm and @ 152 KLD will be discharged into sewer subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the promoter company applied for obtaining extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The promoter company has deposited Rs. 83600/- vide R No. 971648609 dated 22.12.2022 as NOC fee. The fee deposited by the promoter company is adequate for one and half year.</span></p>
