<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that previously PP obtained CTE then RO was requested to visit the site to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal and verify the environmental law, and send the report along with a recommendation. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Thereafter PP obtained valid CTO under the Water Act,1974 upto 13/1/23 then RO was again requested to visit the site to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal, verify the record maintained by the project proponent, and verify the environmental laws and send the report. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied a CTE extension in validity. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> RO has reported the STP installed was lying non-operational and untreated wastewater was being discharged into the sewer by the PP.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> If approved SCN for refusal CTE extension in validity may be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the reply with in 7 days. EE RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
