Ltd,Village Nabipur of</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"> 16 Kanal area issued vide letter no. 3139 dated 02/11/2011.A undertaking from the Director of the </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">M/s Kandhari Beverages Pvt. Ltd,Village Nabipur wrt giving land on rent and suppling water is attached .</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 72pt;">The project proponent has also submitted an undertaking to the effect that the site falls within the premises M/s Kandhari Beverages Pvt. Ltd.and falls under designated rural focal point/industrial area which can be seen on the Master Plan .A</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;"> copy of the NOC(if approved) may be sent to DTP Fatehgarh Sahib if he has any objection to the establishment of such project within 15 days ,as per the policy of the Board .</span></p>
