<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In light of the facts reported by R.O, if approved, CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for shorter period i.e for six months alongwith following special conditions may also be imposed:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall provide the necessary treatment arrangements as prescribed by MoEF&CC vide notification no. GSR/794(E) dated 04.11.2009 and PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/F.244/2011/271 dated 10.10.2011.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of groundwater from concerned authorities.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The establishment will treat/ process the food waste in organic waste converter or through any other scientific way allowed under Solid Waste Management Rule, 2016 and the treated compost or vermi compost by product shall be used as manure or for other useful purposes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace/ resort owners shall ensure the compliance of the mechanism/ guidelines prescribed by the Board on 2/2/.2021 as well as Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/10/2021 in true letter and spirit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">5. </span><!--[endif]-->E.E, Regional Office shall visit the site as per protocol framed by the Boad to visit the site, to verify the treatment and mode of disposal, and also to ensure the compliance of the mechanism/ guidelines prescribed by the Board on 2/2/2021 and vide its Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/1/2021 in true letter and spirit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent may also develop the vermicomposting/ composting to manage the biodegradable solid waste. PP shall not throw, dump, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->7. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->8. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</p>
