<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Discussed, it is submitted that NOC application of adjoining IT industry M/s IDS infotech, sector 67, Mohali was earlier received in this office and the case was sent to ZO being their competency. In that case NOC was granted to the project proponent with the condition that the project proponent will install STP of 25 KLD capacity before starting operation and will not discharge domestic effluent into sewer leading to GMADA STP without prior written permission of the Board.</p>
