<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that earlier the hospital was served SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 27/12/2022 vide Board's letter no. 7562-63 dated 19/12/2022 as treatment installed by HCF, the paramters such as BOD and bio-assey are not achieved the prescribed standards of the Board. The said hearing was postponed due to administrative reasons. But, the industry was submitted its reply through OCMMS on 28/12/2022 <strong>(copy attached) </strong>and hard copy submitted in this office<strong> </strong>in which it has been mentioned that</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The STP in operation and they have done fresh sampling of the STP, the analysis report issued by NABL attached.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The ETP now in operation and they informed that the ETP is in operational condition but at the time of visit inflow of patients is almost NIL due to lack of doctors/ staf of Surgery/ operation.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->They will make agreement with TSDF Nimbua to the disposal to ETP/ STP sludge.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->They are start making record of fresh water consumption.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">As per hard copy submitted, they have assured that they will comply with all the rules in the future also.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, now HCF has submitted its anlaysis report, as per analysis report, all the parameters are found within prescribed limits of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the CTO applied under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the hospital upto 30/6/2023 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and additional condition may also be imposed that E.E RO shall request to visit the HCF within one month to monitor the wastewater treatment installed by the HCF, verify mode of disposal and verify compliance with other Environment Laws, if any violations found send report/ recommendations immediately.</p>
