<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">As per record file, the unit was earlier a small-scale orange category unit and the monitoring of the industry w.r.t. air and water was carried out in 2019 and the unit being a seasonal unit, is not in operation for about 4-5 months in a year. Further, the unit was visited by this office on 21/12/2022 as per protocol being medium orange, but was found not in operation. The monitoring w.r.t. water and air shall be done in due course.</p>
